Your role as Data Engineer

Join us where innovation meets expertise in data architecture development. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the data architecture of our platform. This role offers the opportunity to have technical ownership of our data infrastructure, the critical backbone of our product.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design, development and implementation of the platform.

  • Coordinate with other stakeholders like other developers and test engineers.

What you bring:

  • You have a completed Bachelor or Master degree and minimum 3 years of work experience in Python and AWS.

  • You have 3+ years of experience of Data engineering concepts.

  • You have amazing problem solving skills.

  • You have excellent communication and social skills. A good command of the English language is necessary and Dutch is a plus.

Ideal Candidate:

You have a degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent, a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in data engineering, proficient knowledge of Python and AWS.

You are fluent in Dutch (preferable) and English, curious, innovative, with strong problem-solving skills, result-oriented mindset, ability to master new technologies quickly, humorous, approachable, capable of independent and collaborative work, residing within the Amsterdam metropolitan area.

 

The ideal candidate has an HBO/Bachelor's degree in IT related studies. We are looking for a candidate that want to work in a startup company with ambitious growth plans. Who likes to work with an enthusiastic team of 22 colleagues that genuinely like to work with each other at the office. Our team is stable and reliable. The perfect candidate has preferable already worked at a (Dutch) startup/scale up company or has a clear motivation to do so.
